Procedure
  1. Mix all ingredients together (except for lumpia wrapper) and mix thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Argentina Corned Chicken (pour straight out of the can), mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, pineapple, carrots, cheese and condensed milk. Mix well.
  3. This can be freezed for keeping (1 month) or cooked right away if consuming immediately.
  4. Add cooked macaroni and toss well. 4. Adjust taste with salt and pepper. 5. Cover and chill until serving.
