Keep the lumpia wrapper moist by placing a moist kitchen towel on top of the pile that's waiting to be rolled. If it gets dry, it will be hard to roll and you will end up with a teared wrapper.

Storage tips

Keep frozen until ready to fry. Recipe tips: Century Tuna can be replaced with Century Quality Bangus.

1. Mix all ingredients together (except for lumpia wrapper) and mix thoroughly.
2. Roll about 1 tbsp of the mixture in the lumpia wrapper, ensuring the sides are tucked in, and the ends properly sealed with cornstarch and water.
3. This can be freezed for keeping (1 month) or cooked right away if consuming immediately.
4. If frozen, you can cook directly from frozen state. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice. ** Century Tuna can be replaced with Century Quality Bangus Tinapa (1 pc, frozen fish) or the Spicy Tinapa canned product (2 pcs)
