Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, garlic and green sili.
  2. Add unMeat giniling and saute for another 1 minute.
  3. Add kalabasa, saute for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add water and simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until kalabasa is tender.
  5. Add sitao and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add gata and let the mixture blend well.
  7. Add patis, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm.
